Wages and Benefits
Wages: Salary & Step Schedule, Time-and-a-Half pay for Classroom Staff overtime, Full-, part-, and flex-time / compressed week (job share) schedules (all scheduled hours guaranteed); Paid Training.

Paid Time Off: Up to 23 Days in first year: Vacation, Sick, Personal Days, Birthday, Holidays & Bonus Days; plus Bereavement Leave; Time-off Coupons for Professional Development (may be accrued for extra days off).
