Rainbow Chimes is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors that have served in excess of fifteen years. With new challenges and opportunities ahead, we are now seeking several new Board members.

The key members of the RCI Agency Management Team possess broad-based knowledge, multipl degrees, and over 50 years of experience between them in Education, Special Education, Early Childhood Development and Education, Human Behavior and Service, Health Care, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Finance, Marketing, Leadership, Ethics, and Customer Service.
