Founder & Executive Director:
Reverend Kathleen Roche is a registered nurse and ordained Interfaith minister with an EMBA Degree in Business Administration, a BA Degree in Human Behavior and Service, and post-graduate certification in Elder Care Studies and Management of Non-Profit Organizations. Katie was endorsed as a High /Scope Teacher-Trainer, and is a member of the Huntington Foundation’s Leadership Council. Over the past several years, she has been a grant writer and consultant for the design and establishment of dependent care facilities. Katie served as a Board Member to the Child Care Council of Suffolk and Children’s Rights of New York, and is Past President of the Child Care Administrators’ Association.

Associate Director:
Brigitte DeBaere began her teaching career in 1989 and was first a preschool teacher at Rainbow Chimes Huntington before becoming the Site Supervisor at the Rainbow Chimes Children's Garden at Gurwin satellite site. She was promoted to Associate Director in 2006. Brigitte has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a degree in Human and Social Sciences.

Delegate Director:
Shari Waknin joined our Administrative Team in 2008, after managing early education schools and summer camp programs in Florida and Colorado. She has an Associates Degree inBusiness (Marketing), a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Masters Degree in Non-Profit Management.
